Anastasiya
Praised as “a bundle of dynamite, combining quiet delicacy with thundering power” (Hyde Park Herald), pianist Anastasiya Magamedova is known for her “sophisticated and thoroughly satisfying renditions” (Cleveland Classical). Critics highlight her confidence in navigating complex repertoire with both technical brilliance and expressive depth.
A 2nd Prize winner of the International ArsClassica Competition, Magamedova has performed as a soloist with the Alicante Philharmonic Orchestra, Utah Symphony, American West Symphony, and Wratislava Chamber Orchestra. She has appeared at the Kammermusiksaal of the Berlin Philharmonic and Manchester’s Bridgewater Hall. She made her Carnegie Hall debut in 2014 and has since performed at Alice Tully Hall, Weill Recital Hall, and Pierre Boulez Saal in Berlin.
Currently based in Paris, she is pursuing advanced studies at the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique and was previously mentored by acclaimed pianist Gabriela Montero.
